August 11th, 2010 - Building will start on new mixed-use building at 222 Wisconsin St. The new building will consist of 27 apartments and 7,000 s.f. of retail space. - July 2010 - 312 announces commercial space 100% occupied. Tenants include: Cost Cutters Hair Salon, Jeff Thompson Photography, Renatta Marie Clothing, and Café Tiempo.
